3) Scope or Quantity Contract Period: 1 April 2006 to 30 November 2008 (with options to extend for up to a further two years) Average Estimated Annual Flying hours in 2006/2007 are 450 hours based on 8 hours per day availability of one helicopter on either (a) a 5 day service (Monday-Friday) or (b)a 12 consecutive days in a twenty one day cycle with ad-hoc availability at a given notice during the remaining 9 days. The helicopter should be able to carry at least three passengers and internal freight, or underslung loads

3) Scope or Quantity Contract Period: 1 April 2006 to 30 November 2008 (with options to extend for up to a further two years) Average Estimated Annual Flying hours in 2006/2007 are 650 hours based on operating for 12 consecutive days in a twenty one day cycle with ad-hoc availability at a given notice durign the remaining 9 days. The helicopter should be able to carry at least three passengers and internal freight, or underslung loads.
