Access to some of the locations will involve travelling in small boats, personnel should have the ability to work off shore in all weather conditions

II.2) QUANTITY OR SCOPE OF THE CONTRACT
II.2.1) Total quantity or scope (including all lots and options, if applicable) Electrical Technician and Monitoring Services required to assist The Northern Lighthouse Board with the commissioning, testing, installation and monitoring of electrical and radio works. This will be required for three years commencing 1 July 2005 to 30 June 2008 with the option for up to a further two years.

Any supplier may be disqualified who:

(c) has been convicted of an offence concerning his professional conduct by a judgement which has the force of res judicata;
(d) has been guilty of grave professional misconduct proven by any means which the contracting authorities can justify;
(e) has not fulfilled obligations relating to the payment of social security contributions in accordance with the legal provisions of the country in which he is established or those of the country of the contracting authority;
(f) has not fulfilled obligations relating to the payment of taxes in accordance with the legal provisions of the country in which he is established or those of the country of the contracting authority;
(g) is guilty of serious misrepresentation in supplying the information required under the provisions of the Directive on the criteria for qualitative selection;
