Additional Description Factor Services within Scotland and the Isle of Man NLB requires external support to achieve its objective of improving the management of its estate and seeks to appoint a Contractor to provide Factor Services. The aim of the contract is to improve NLB's estate management, enabling NLB including NLB Staff to be confident that estate issues are being promptly and effectively addressed in support of our need to meet our statutory objectives and enhance the Board's corporate image and its reputation as a good neighbour. NLB operates a network of marine aids to navigation around the coast of Scotland and the Isle of Man. Over the last 200 years this network has constantly evolved to meet the changing needs of the mariner. This has involved building new lighthouses, providing new aids to navigation, dealing with surplus property and extending the use of existing sites. Contract Reference: ALL/FACT/0309
