It is the Boards intention to award this contract to a single contractor, and it is envisaged that the successful Tenderer will co-ordinate and run a refurbishment project to the Commercial Hub Upgrade Project (CHUP) which is located on the top floor of The Northern Lighthouse Board Headquarters at 84 George Street Edinburgh, EH2 3DA.
